About SamZYArtist
Who am I?
A multi-award-winning artist of Persian descent, currently residing in Hamburg, Germany. Having grown up in Bremen and later in Tehran, his work palpably reflects the influence of diverse cultures.
He has pursued an artistic path since his teenage years—beginning with the creation of comics and caricatures, and later expanding into watercolor painting, object modeling (using clay, stone, and soapstone), photography, and technical drawing (CAD/SketchUp), as well as 3D Studio (now 3DS Max) and productions within the field of immersive media (AR/MR/XR).
Most recently, he spent several years working as a content creator (covering music and film, and working as a freelance journalist). This experience is complemented by professional background in fields such as event management and project management for trade fair construction.
I am currently undergoing an compact study to become a Media Designer for Image and Sound in Berlin (2025–2027).
Music
My music
Music producer, singer, songwriter and composer from Hamburg. The tracks contain the sound of guitar and synthesizer. SamZYArtist sings to lyrics written by himself.
Vocals in English, German and Persian
Release 38 was the latest release in January 2026 on AWAL Music (Sony Music Entertainment), on which I sing in English. It also includes an elaborately produced animated experimental music video in virtual reality entitled “I'm Virtual” (not public).
The only song released in German so far is “Feuerstein” from the album DARK VIBES. The next German-language album is called “Es ist Zeit” (It's time) and will be released in 2026, as will my first album in Persian.
Number of Releases & Music Catalog
All previously produced music tracks between 2021 and 2024 were released monthly and can be found worldwide on all music and video streaming platforms (Spotify, SoundCloud, YouTube, Beatport, etc.). The productions from that time also include genres such as techno, tech house, electro jazz, chillout, and experimental, unlike the current house, trance, and metal.
The total number of music tracks released to date is 74 tracks across 38 releases (as of 2025). My latest Release was published in Jan 2025 on AWAL Music (Sony Music Entertainment).

The covers of the albums Tehran and Earth belong to the pictures I had previously created as watercolor paintings, which were used in digitalized form as art covers for my music.
Acting
His interest in the film industry led to small roles in theater, film and various productions. These included both as an extra and as an actor in music shows and commercials.

Animated Films
So far, several animated films (2D/3D) have been produced using AR (Augmented Reality) technology, along with some experimental and professional projects using stop-motion animation.
The pilot episode of the 2D animation series, titled "Short Story," is accompanied by the released music track "Schanze" from the album Moin It was already released on YouTube in 2022. The film script written for it is available on LinkedIn, among other places.

In addition to creating cross-media content for social media platforms, I write articles featuring videos and illustrations for LinkedIn (specifically for my bi-weekly newsletter covering festivals, events, and trade fairs) as well as for my blog.
I conduct interviews on topics such as film, music, technology, culture, and XR. This includes coverage of events—such as AWE XR USA and the Hydrogen Messe Hamburg—as well as interviews regarding music festivals and broader cultural themes.

My short film animation called FISH was nominated and shortlisted for the German Prize for Sustainability Projects 2025.Link
FISH:
The difference between Fish and my previous productions lies not only in the selected target group (children and young people), but also in the technology used and content, On the topic of sustainability, I write regular articles in my article series “Sustainable Living” and publish them in the weekly LinkedIn newsletter. This is how the idea of producing this film animation came about in order to illustrate to children and young people in an audiovisual way the great importance of environmental protection.
My role(s): I'm acting for the first time after my first production from 2021 ("the Fantastic Adventure", music video for the album Lifestyle), here again as an actor. At FISH I was also responsible for directing, film script, recording, animation, production/post-production, sound and character design.
